Contemplation: A silvery moment of complete calm within the flow.
Akoya pearls from Japan, each one carrying a light that does not look borrowed from the sun but from the moon, a cool silver bloom across the surface, as though moonlight had kissed them and stayed. The strand is even, unhurried, a held breath rather than a crescendo. Clasped with the Flow closure, it asks for nothing and completes everything.
Worn at the throat, it is the still point the whole collection moves around. Hand knotted in enhancing periwinkle silk.
"The stars hide their shining when the full moon lights the earth with silver." Sappho

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Jewelry is usually happiest when worn. If possible store pieces in a sealed plastic bag to keep oxidation out and delay the tarnishing process.
• Oxidized Sterling finish: Do NOT use cleaning solutions or try to polish the piece as these processes will damage or remove the finish. The dark patina finish tends to darken with wear and age, producing a deeper contrast with any polished elements.
• Polished sterling silver and 18K gold: Commercial polish dips can be used to clean and brighten jewelry that has tarnished — please make sure to wash the piece well after using these chemicals.
• The vermeil / plating durability will depend on each wearer's usage and body sweat. Some bodies are more prone to sweat than others, in that case, the plating will come off faster. For your plating to last longer, do not expose your jewelry directly when exercising, showering or washing your hands.
• Pearls: do not immerse pearls in a commercial jewelry cleaner as you risk dulling the pearls.
- Silk Thread Care Tips:
- Avoid Liquids: Silk thread is delicate and can weaken or stretch when exposed to water, perfumes, lotions, or oils. Avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, swimming, or applying beauty products.
- Store Flat: Always store your jewelry flat to prevent the weight of the beads from stretching the thread. Avoid hanging it or placing it under tension.
- Restring as Needed: For durability, have your jewelry professionally restrung every 18–24 months, depending on how often it’s worn.
- Protect from Heat & Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures can weaken the thread and fade certain gemstones. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Gentle Cleaning Only: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean gemstone beads. Avoid water, cleaning solutions, or ultrasonic cleaners that can damage both the thread and the stones.
- Handle with Care: Knotted jewelry is delicate by nature—handle gently to avoid unnecessary strain on the silk thread or gemstones.
