Every ANAVIR piece of jewelry is made to order. Sometimes we have pieces in stock and we can ship the next day, but usually, we will make it just for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production on made to order pieces and 1-3 days for ready to wear plus shipping time. If you have special time constraints please email us at hello@anavirstudio.com. We will suggest pieces that are ready to ship or rush your order to the best of our ability.
We ship domestically USPS priority shipping which takes 1-3 days. You will be emailed tracking information when the package is sent.
We ship using minimal packing materials in order to minimize our environmental footprint.
RETURNS
We hope you absolutely fall in love and feel amazing in our jewelry, however, if you’d like to make a return for store credit or exchange for another style after purchasing on our website, we're happy to help. Within 7 days of purchase, we are able to accept returns for store credit only of unused jewelry in the same condition as received, including packaging. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on any custom orders or custom sizes. Gift cards and sale items are not returnable.
You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After that, we cannot cancel it since we’re probably already working on it.

After we receive your return, please allow 3-4 days while we carefully inspect it and process refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we are not able to guarantee your shipment.
CUSTOM SIZES & METALS
We are able to make rings in any size and some of our bracelets can be sized. We are able to make most of our designs in most metals including 14k and 18k gold. If you would like to inquire about custom sizes or custom metals please email us at hello@anavirstudio.com
RING SIZE
We recommend going to a jeweler to have your finger professionally sized. You can also use this inexpensive tool. If you need a different size than is offered on our site please email hello@anavirstudio.com and we'll be happy to advise you.
REPAIRS
We make every piece of ANAVIR jewelry with attention to detail an love. Should any breakage occur we are happy to repair it. If upon inspection, the repair is necessary because of a fabrication defect, ANAVIR will repair the piece at no charge within if you contact her within 7 days of receipt.Jewelry that needs a repair or refinishing because of normal wear and use will be repaired or freshened up for a fee. Please contact ANAVIR to make arrangements before you send anything for repair. Shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer and we will cover shipping back to you.
