SHIPPING
Every ANAVIR piece is made to order with intention. Sometimes pieces are in stock and can ship within 1 to 3 days. Made to order pieces require up to 3 to 4 weeks for production plus shipping time.
We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. A signature may be required on higher value orders.
ANAVIR is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage once the package has been accepted by the carrier. We strongly recommend insuring high value shipments. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at order@anavirstudio.com.
We ship using minimal packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.

International orders are accepted. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Because every piece is made to order, we do not issue refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready to ship pieces only. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in all original packaging including the jewelry box, pouch, and care card. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and must include tracking and insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To begin an exchange contact order@anavirstudio.com with subject line Return and your order number. Attach photos if applicable.
Custom commissions, made to order pieces, one of a kind pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
You have 24 hours to cancel a ready to ship order. After that we are likely already working on it and cannot cancel.
REPAIRS AND WARRANTY
Every ANAVIR piece is made with attention to detail and care. If a manufacturing defect is identified, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will repair it at no charge.
Repairs needed due to normal wear, accidental damage, or loss are handled on a case by case basis and may incur a fee. Please contact us before sending anything for repair. Return shipping to you is covered by ANAVIR. Shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not cover loss, theft, damage caused by a third party, or any piece that has been altered or resized by anyone other than ANAVIR.
RING SIZING
We recommend having your finger professionally sized at a local jeweler. You can also use a ring sizer tool. If you need a size not offered on the site, add your size on the note section at checkout or contact hello@anavirstudio.com and we will advise you.
CUSTOM SIZES AND METALS
Most designs can be made in different ring sizes and select metals including 10k, 14k, and 18k yellow, white, and rose gold. Contact hello@anavirstudio.com to inquire.
MATERIALS
All ANAVIR jewelry is nickel and cadmium free. We use recycled metals and conflict free gemstones. Metals include sterling silver and 10k, 14k, and 18k gold. Pearls used in ANAVIR designs include freshwater, Akoya, Tahitian, and South Sea, both saltwater and freshwater varieties sourced with care.
PACKAGING
Every ANAVIR piece arrives in a jewelry box or pouch accompanied by a care card and anti-tarnish tab.
Gift wrapping is available at checkout and includes special wrapping, a ribbon, and a handwritten note with a personal message for the gift recipient.
TAXES AND PAYMENT
New Jersey residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs created by ANAVIR Studio are registered with the United States Copyright Office. ANAVIR is a federally trademarked brand. We do not replicate the work of others and ask that our work not be replicated. ANAVIR reserves the right to photograph all finished pieces and use those images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
